In 2007, Lillie Nye Cashion joined Life-Long Leadership's consulting partner team as an executive coach, and character consultant and advisor. She brings expertise in coaching, small group facilitation, and character-based leadership development-including preventative and remedial work with high-risk leaders.
Prior to joining L3, Lillie spent 17 years with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC), a leading worldwide mission's organization in more than 170 countries. After leaving CCC in 2003, Lillie worked as a relationship coach as well as helping to launch a commercial real estate firm specializing in meeting the needs of the home furnishings industry.
From 2001 - 2003, she partnered and co-founded The Ultimate Leadership (UL) workshop with psychologists and authors Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. The UL is a week-long workshop designed to accelerate the personal growth of leaders. She launched UL, formly known as The Character-Based Leadership Intensive, from its conceptual stage to a successful training event for leaders. Lillie managed the operations of the event which included marketing, recruiting, and event coordination.
From 1999 - 2002, she served as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Answers for Life (AFL), a partnership between leadership consultant and clinical psychologist Dr. Henry Cloud and Campus Crusade for Christ. She led a team of people who marketed and coordinated speaking events for the best-selling author.
Lillie originally joined Athletes in Action (AIA), a branch of CCC, in 1986 as the Assistant Public Relations Director for AIA Basketball. In 1988, she became the Public Relations Director for AIA Basketball, and from 1989-1997 launched and directed the AIA Communications Department, serving the global ministry of AIA's campus, professional and competing teams.
Lillie was the first graduate in Sports Communications at Mississippi State University in 1986. As a senior, she managed fulltime duties as the women's Sports Information Director; her responsibilities included overseeing advance publicity, writing press releases and copy for media guides, and compiling and reporting statistics for the local and national media via sports ticker and radio.
Lillie is a native of Philadelphia, Mississippi, and currently resides with her husband in High Point, North Carolina. As the founder and president of Integrated Relationships, she is a relationship coach, group facilitator and speaker, she addresses issues related to personal, relational and spiritual growth.
