In 2007, Jennifer Kozel joined Life-Long Leadership as a consulting partner responsible for offering executive coaching, life coaching, facilitating training programs and a high level of human resource expertise to the team. In addition to this role, Jennifer also partners with Life-Long Leadership to provide outstanding experiential team-building workshops to its clients.
In 2005, Jennifer founded Inward Bound Equine Assisted Learning Center. She continues to run Inward Bound EALC where she utilizes her strong people skills and corporate savvy to create unique ,as well as, life-changing experiences for individuals and teams throughout her coaching practice. In 2007, Jennifer designed the first equine assisted life skills program for military and veterans, called the Life NavTM program to effectively coach and equip military personnel in transition.
From 1997 to 2007, Jennifer grew several key positions of progressive responsibility for The Home Depot ranging from assistant store manager to area, district and regional human resource manager. In these roles, Jennifer led teams throughout the Mid West, South East and North East and took point on HR areas such as employee relations, organizational development, employee training, leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, company integrations, and company expansion.
From 1991 to 1997, Jennifer served the United States Navy in various medical field positions that included hospital, field, lab and overseas assignments. She was honorably discharged at the end of her second tour of duty.
Jennifer has earned her master's degree in human resource management. Her triple major bachelor's degree is in biology, psychology and English. Jennifer has been a professional performance development coach for over ten years and has earned her Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation, as well as the International Coach Association's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Jennifer received her coach training at the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) and is an active member of the Georgia Coach Association (GCA), International Coach Association (ICF) and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Jennifer lives on a small farm in Douglasville, Georgia with her husband and infant daughter. In her free time, she enjoys competing aboard her horses in the sport of 3 Day Eventing and training other horse and rider teams to achieve their personal best. Jennifer is also a MATCH Mentor for the Douglas county school system.
