Ann Cleminson

In 2007, Ann Cleminson joined Life-Long Leadership as a consulting partner responsible for leadership development training and project management.

From 2000 to 2007, Ann served as a senior consultant in the Human Resources department at the Atlanta-based corporate headquarters of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Ann was responsible for various initiatives and projects including selection systems, reward and recognition programs, chain-wide workshops, show expositions, training curriculum and policy development. From 2004 to 2007 she also served on the HR Advisory Council for the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF).

Prior to Chick-fil-A, Ann worked as a Human Resources manager for the American Red Cross in Atlanta, Georgia. In that function, she managed regional recruitment operations and employee relations; she also developed policies, and trained leadership on recruitment, selection and employment law. Ann began her employment with the ARC as an employment recruiter in Savannah, Georgia.

Prior to American Red Cross, Ann worked as a generalist in the area of human resources for Memorial University Medical Center, a trauma one hospital and for Marriott, both in Savannah, Georgia.

Ann graduated from Shepherd University with a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Since then, she received her Professional of Human Resources certification in 2001 and maintains this credential through re-certification. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1997. She is also Myers Briggs Type Indicator qualified.

Ann is a native of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and currently resides with her husband Matthew in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
