Thad Bartlett

In 2008, Thad Bartlett joined Life-Long Leadership as a consulting partner responsible for helping our clients develop custom training courses.

Prior to joining L3, Thad served various roles in the training and development departments of The Home Depot, Coca-Cola USA, and SavaSeniorCare.

From 2004 to 2007, Thad served as Manager of Training Design and Development for SavaSeniorCare, a national provider of long-term nursing care. In that function, he developed training for human resources, clinical, quality, and other departments in the organization.

Prior to SavaSeniorCare, Thad was a manager for the Expo Design Center division of The Home Depot, where his team was responsible for developing and delivering product sales training. He originally joined The Home Depot as an instructional designer and developed a wide range of course offerings for both sales and management functions.

Thad graduated magna cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University with a BA in Psychology in 1995 and from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1998.

Thad is a native of Mobile, Alabama, and currently resides with his wife and two children in Hiram, Georgia. Thad is a member of West Metro Church of Christ where his primary area of service is in support of Trujillo Christian School, a K-9 school in Trujillo, Honduras.
