Michael Dauphinee joined Life-Long Leadership as a consulting partner in 2007. Specializing in Identity Based Leadership, he teaches, consults and coaches on strengths-based leadership development and organizational design.
In addition to his partnership with Life-Long Leadership, Michael is the President of The Dauphinee Group Inc. and international director of training for a non-profit organization called CA International - Serve the City.
From 1998 to 2004, Michael spent six years working for Hewlett Packard, starting in server support and finishing as worldwide contract director for the OEM Printing and Imaging Group. He was responsible for the authorship and negotiation of international sales, marketing and intellectual property agreements as well as the training of staff regarding legal issues in Asia, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
Prior to Hewlett Packard, Michael spent a year and a half working with drug addicted juvenile felons for Advent Group of San Jose, where he was responsible formanaging client treatment plans and center administration.
After graduating cum laude from Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Public Relations in 1997, Michael has gone on to do Masters work in Organizational Leadership.
A native of the "great state of Maine," Michael currently resides in Coronado, California and splits his time between friends, family and photography.
