Tierah Chorba, Catalyst of Veritas Visioneering

Tierah Chorba – Facilitator/Catalyst

Tierah Chorba founded Veritas Visioneering to bring an alternative to traditional strategic planning to the marketplace. As a sought after national facilitator for her skill in leading executive teams and her expertise in issue resolution, process design and strategy, she was exposed to a common need that did not appear to have an obvious solution through the existing business avenues.  Consistently, her clients and business associates shared their experiences and expressed concerns about their current planning and implementation methodologies. Simply put, the other options were either too limited in their approach and scope or had proven themselves to be impractical or ineffective.

From this need, Visioneering was born. The name for the model was adopted from a work by someone Tierah considers one of the great voices of our time, Andy Stanly. It is not a static planning model, though it contains a robust planning component.  Rather, Visioneering is a dynamic operating model designed to provide the organizational focus and structure you need to fulfill your mission while responding to the ever-changing landscape of the marketplace.  This is where your vision meets reality. This is where decisions have to be made everyday, not just once every five years. Visioneering anticipates the real needs of a maturing organization in real time while driving alignment with the vision and helping you sustain a mission focus.

That is why Life-Long Leadership chose Tierah and the Visioneering model for their organization.

When Tierah is not engaged in helping organizations define or align with their vision, she is painting little pink toenails, interviewing suitors, matching socks and explaining the realities of car insurance to her children, Sabryn 9, Emily 19, Brittany 20 and Thomas 22. She is blessed with a patient husband and an overly affectionate cat who she prays will both still be at her side when she finally gets around to writing those books.
