Course & Curriculum Design
If the standard Life-Long Leadership course offerings don't meet your organization's needs, we also offer a full range of instructional design services. Whether you are building an entire curriculum, a one-time workshop or any other learning event, we can help by:
- Analyzing - Often a fresh set of eyes is needed to accurately analyze the gaps in your organization's capabilities. We'll work with your organization's subject matter experts to hone in on the real issues, so we can find the best solutions.
- Designing - We design engaging, high impact learning experiences. We believe that the best learning stems from actually doing the work (practicing the skills) in a realistic, safe environment, with an opportunity for real-time coaching and feedback.
- Developing - From workbooks to job aids, we develop materials that your audience will find valuable during and after the learning event. In addition, we develop facilitator materials that your in-house trainers can use to teach your custom material.
- Implementing - Before we begin the development process, we will talk to you about implementation and long-term sustainability. We're passionate about helping you make a lasting impact and having a plan to make it happen! When it's time to implement the learning solution, we'll partner with you to think through all the details to ensure it's well orchestrated and flawlessly executed.
- Evaluating - Change is constant! We'll work to evaluate the learning solution we've designed for the purpose of ensuring an excellent fit and a lasting result.

Partnership Program
Are you interested in leadership development for your organization but can't afford pricey public workshops? If so, our Partnership Program will be a great fit for you. Up to five organizations can join together and send 15-25 participants through a Life-Long Leadership workshop. And don't worry about the accounting; we're able to bill each organization separately.
If you are interested in learning more about the Partnership Program, contact us. We may be able to connect you with a hosting organization or help you form your own partnerships.
