With over 26 years of mastery in leadership development and organizational effectiveness, Christina (Chris) Kisley founded Life-Long Leadership, Inc. in 2002. Her mission is driven by a core set of values that include truth, compassion, personal and professional growth, intentionality, relationships and generosity.

Along with establishing the overall strategic direction of L3, Chris also works both “in and on” the business daily. With clients, she provides one-on-one executive coaching, delivers various team development workshops, and consults through the entire spectrum of people and growth initiatives; at L3, she leads a team of consultants and partners in whom she invests time and talent.

Prior to starting Life-Long Leadership, Christina served in various roles with The Home Depot. Her expertise includes organizational analysis, curriculum and course design, training, facilitation, strategic planning, and the creation and management of high potential associate and supervisory development programs. In the years before joining The Home Depot, Christina worked as a human resources and learning and development consultant for clients such as Comcast Communications and Montell USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Oil.

Christina has completed extensive graduate work in Human Resource Development and Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Human Resource Management at The University of Toledo Business School in Ohio. She is a member of numerous professional groups, including Association for Talent Development, International Association of Facilitators, and the Neuroleadership Institute.

A lover of the outdoors and animals, Christina currently lives in downtown Atlanta with her daughter and a whole bevy of animals – affectionately known as her furbabies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing volleyball.
