Rachel joined the Life-Long Leadership team as a Leadership Consultant in 2016. With a heart for people and a passion for developing leaders, she loves spending time with clients who are willing to invest in their own growth and teams who want to work more effectively together.

As a Leadership Consultant, Rachel delivers leadership development programs through facilitated team sessions, workshops, and one-on-one executive coaching. She holds certifications in MBTI, The Effective Facilitator, and Inside Out Coaching, and regularly uses assessments like Gallup's StrengthsFinder to help clients better understand their talents, realize their leadership potential, and capitalize on their gifts.

Prior to joining the L3 team, Rachel spent seven years in the technology industry. She held positions of increasing responsibility and developed skills in marketing, project management, business development, and operations before ultimately serving as the Chief Operating Officer for a small technology startup firm.

A classical musician by training, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Violin Performance as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Linguistics from Emory University. She is an active alumni in the University Symphony Orchestra as well as local community orchestras and enjoys playing for weddings and special events in her spare time. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee (go Grizzlies!), she currently resides in Atlanta with her wonderful husband.
